2025 ADDY Awards Silver and Gold Winner - 2025 Red Dot Winner

Objective Conceptualize and design an innovative idea using modern technology, revolving around the theme of "truth in media." In this case, a free browser extension for Reuters that uses advanced AI to summarize news stories from major outlets, filter out misinformation and bias across the entire political spectrum, and provide readers with a reliability rating for every article without editorialization.

Insight In an era of overwhelming information and eroding media trust, the last thing readers need is more news. Rather, they need clearer, more credible news. Reuters' legacy of impartial journalism made it the ideal vessel for a tool that cuts through the noise. The name Robin reinforces this: a messenger bird associated with hope and strength, and whose signature orange color mirrors Reuters' iconic brand color.

Impact Delivered a fully realized mock browser extension, including app design, art direction, and copy, that brings Reuters' credibility directly to the reader's screen. This project won two ADDY Awards - Silver and Gold - and a 2025 Red Dot Design Award.
